Airport Industrial Park

• 150-acre parcel of land has been identified as the new Airport Industrial Park
• Any business leasing a facility at the Airport property is exempt from property taxes under special state legislation called the Minnesota JOBZ program
• All utilities, including city sewer, water, gas electrical and fiber optics have been extended to the site
• Numerous incentives and grants are available to qualified businesses
